Yohani to sing Hindi version of ‘Manike Mage Hithe’ for Sidharth Malhotra, Ajay Devgn’s ‘Thank God’

Sri Lankan Sensation Yohani De Silva’ blockbuster song Manike Mage Hithe is all set to get its Hindi version for Sidharth Malhotra and Ajay Devgn’s upcoming film ‘Thank God.’ T-Series announced the news while sharing a photo of director Indra Kumar and Yohani, leaving her fans all excited.

A special Hindi version of the song will feature in the film’s theatrical release that is awaited till next year. The film also star Rakul Preet Singh on its lead.

“Yohani’s song has become a super sensation and I am extremely thankful to Bhushanji for giving me this blockbuster track to be part of Thank God! We are all very excited for this version and will begin shooting soon for the track. ‘Thank God’ is a unique slice of life comedy, and me and my whole team are looking forward to presenting it to audiences next year!” said the director while confirming the news. However, the song will be composed by Tanishk Bagchi and lyrics will be penned by Rashmi Virag.

According to a report by Pinkvilla, Yohani also expressed her happiness over the Bollywood collaboration as she said, “I have received tremendous love and support from India and am extremely grateful to Bhushan Kumar, Indra Kumar and the entire team of Thank God for presenting the Hindi version of my track in the film! I am looking forward to visiting India soon!”

Reportedly, Thank God will bring together Sidharth, Ajay and Rakul in a unique comedy sequence and end with a beautiful message. The shooting for the film has began, fans are waiting to see the trio together.
