Actor Shreyas Talpade suffered a heart attack on Thursday following which he was immediately rushed to the hospital where he underwent angioplasty. Following the incident, Bobby Deol, one the close friends of Shreyas, has revealed that his heart stopped beating for about 10 minutes.
Speaking to Bollywood Hungama, Bobby Deol said, “I just spoke to Shreyas’ wife. She was really upset. Shreyas’ heart had stopped beating for about ten minutes. The doctors revived him and did angioplasty. So let’s just pray for his speedy recovery.”
According to reports, the actor was shooting for a film and after completion of the shoot, he suddenly collapsed due to heart attack on Thursday evening. The angioplasty was conducted at around 10 pm on Thursday and presently Shreyas is doing fine.
The actor worked through the day, and was fine. He even joked around with the people on the set, and shot sequences that had a bit of action. His condition is said to be stable now.
