Rohit Shetty likely to delay Ajay Devgn starrer ‘Singham Again’

In a recent turn of events, it seems that Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn have taken a collective decision to delay the release of ‘Singham Again.’ From what earlier reports had stated, the film was slated to release on the big screens on August 15, 2024.

Speculations suggest that the decision to delay ‘Singham Again’ comes after Allu Arjun’s decision to release ‘Pushpa 2’ on Independence Day 2024. Singham Again’s delay has been decided in order to avoid clash with Pushpa 2.

‘Singham Again’ is yet to start filming. Reportedly, Rohit Shetty and Ajay Devgn plan to announce a fresh release date that will benefit the commercial cine-bizz. Rohit Shetty is well known for creating films that make the audience take a day off, and ‘Singham Again’ is expected to be one of his biggest films.

‘Singham Again’ marks the return of Ajay Devgn as Bajirao Singh. Reportedly, Tiger Shroff will be seen making a cameo in the much awaited film. Deepika Padukone is to play the character of the female lead in the film.

Deepika Padukone is set to become the first female in director Rohit Shetty’s cop universe. Deepika’s role in the film will be more than just a cameo. Her role in the film is more on the lines of action and thrill; that of a lady Singham. As per reports, she is to play the role of Bajirao’s sister.
