B-Town celebs leave for Ayodhya ahead of Ram Mandir inauguration
Ahead of the inauguration ceremony of Ram Mandir, numerous Bollywood celebrities were clicked leaving for Ayodhya.
The consecration ceremony of “Ram Lalla” at the Ayodhya Ram Mandir is scheduled to take place today. The entire country seems to be celebrating the occasion. Ahead of the inauguration ceremony of the Ram Mandir, numerous Bollywood celebrities were clicked at the Kalina Airport in Mumbai, leaving for Ayodhya.
Among the celebrities leaving for Ayodhya were Katrina Kaif, Vicky Kaushal, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Amitabh Bachchan, and Abhishek Bachchan. Indian Cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar was also spotted at the airport. Further, Ranbir and Alia were accompanied by director Rohit Shetty.
Ranbir Kapoor was seen in a white dhoti-kurta while Alia looked gorgeous in a traditional light blue saree. Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal also looked like a perfect Indian couple. While Vicky donned an off-white sherwani, Katrina radiated beauty with a golden saree.
Today, the “Pran Pratistha” ceremony of the Ram Lalla idol will take place. The idol has been sculpted by well known sculptor Arun Yogiraj from Karnataka. The 51-inch long black-colored idol shows Lord Ram’s version of a five year old child.
Pictures of the celebrities leaving for Ayodhya have been doing rounds on all social media platforms. Actor Jackie Shroff was also clicked at the airport. Interestingly, he was carrying a plant sapling along with him to offer at the temple. The list of guests next includes Madhuri Dixit, Dr Sriram Nene, Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani, Ayushmann Khuranna, and others.
