Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal has received a bumper opening worldwide with box office collections crossing over 110 crore worldwide on day 1 of release. The much-hyped movie was released in theatres on December 1. With 116 crore opening, the film has become the biggest opener for a non-holiday release for a Hindi film.

T-Series shared the day 1 Box-office collection of the movie on X with a post caption, “He has come to conquer all the records.” The posts has a poster of the image revealing that Animal has earned Rs 116 crore gross on its opening day. The poster has the text that reads,  ‘The biggest non-holiday opening in Hindi Cinema ever. Worldwide gross Rs 116 cr.’

The Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed movie has a stellar start at the box office in India with 61.00 Cr earnings, reported Sacnilk. The Hindi rendition collected over Rs 50.50 crore, while the Telugu version collected Rs 10 crore. Animal had an overall 62.47% Hindi occupancy on Friday, the Sacnilk report stated.

Directed by Arjun Reddy director Sandeep Reddy Vanga, other than Ranbir Kapoor, Animal also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Triptii Dimrii in pivotal roles. The film clashed with Vicky Kaushal’s Sam Bahadur at the box office.
