Actress Jacqueline Fernandez moves Delhi High Court seeking quashing of ECIR

The Bollywood Actress moved to the Court in the Rs 200 Crore Money Laundering case.

Delhi: Bollywood Actress Jacqueline Fernandez on Monday moved to Delhi High Court seeking quashing of ECIR (FIR) and supplementary chargesheet filed by ED in the Rs 200 Crore Money Laundering case. News Agency ANI informed about this in a X post (formerly Twitter) today.

Reportedly, the plea Jacqueline took stated that evidence filed by the Directorate of Enforcement would prove that the Petitioner is an innocent victim of Sukesh Chandrashekhar’s maliciously targeted attack.

Last year the actress had approached the Delhi High Court seeking permission to travel abroad.

It is to be noted that Jacqueline is one of the accused in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case in which jailed ‘conman’ Sukesh Chandrasekhar is the prime accused.
