Tata Harrier gets two new colour variants, Check details about it

The Tata Harrier is one of the popular SUV models sold by Tata Motors. The company has now introduced two new colours for the Tata Harrier. The Tata Harrier new colour variants are Royal Blue and Tropical Mist. Internally, both the models (Royal Blue and Tropical Mist) remain the same as that of the other models.

In the Tropical Mist colour variant, buyers get a contrasting black roof for the XZS and XZ+ trims. On the other hand, the Royal Blue colour variant is available in single tone option. Along with the newly introduced Royal Blue and Tropical Mist, the Tata Harrier is offered in five other options- Grassland Beige, Oberon Black, Daytona Grey, Orcus White and Calypso Red. It is important to note that the Royal Blue and Tropical Mist colour variant were already present in the Tata Safari line-up. The Kaziranga Edition gets Grassland Beige colour while the black colour is associated with the Dark Edition.

The ex-showroom prices of Tata Harrier ranges between Rs 14.65 lakh to Rs 21.95 lakh. The Harrier XE is the base version and costs Rs 14.65 lakh. On the other hand, the most premium variant is the Harrier XZA Plus Dark Edition AT and costs Rs 21.95 lakh.

When it comes to engine, the Tata Harrier gets a 2.0 litre 4 cylinder diesel engine (1956cc). The engine churns out maximum power of 167.67bhp while the peak torque is 350Nm. The boot space of the SUV is 425 litres while the fuel tank capacity is 50 litres.

Some of the key features offered on the Harrier SUV are power steering, antilock braking system, multiple airbags, automatic climate control, central locking, child safety locks, crash sensor, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control and much more.

On the other hand, Tata Motors has recently unveiled the concept for its new electric car ‘Avinya’. The best thing about the Tata Avinya EV is that it is expected to provide a minimum range of 500km. The company has also stated that a production-spec version of the Avinya will enter the Indian market by 2025. The company has stated that the term Avinya is derived from Sanskrit and it means innovation.

According to Tata motors, the Avinya Pure EV is based on the third-generation architecture. The company has solely designed the electric car while keeping in mind the Indian auto market. Tata has clarified that Avinya EV will hit the Indian market within 24 months or 2 years after the launch of Tata Curvv.
