In recent news, Hyundai Motor India has announced Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone as its brand ambassador. Over the years, a lot of Bollywood personalities have been roped in as the brand ambassadors for different car companies. Notably, Deepika Padukone is the second from Indian film industry to join Hyundai India after Shah Rukh Khan.
The carmaker took to their official social media handles to welcome Deepika to the team. In a post shared on Instagram, Hyundai India wrote, “We welcome the global icon Deepika Padukone to the Hyundai family. Fasten your seatbelts for an ultimate drive!
The picture in the post shows Deepika Padukone posing with a Hyundai Tucson. The black-themed picture screams nothing but power.
In an official statement, Deepika Padukone expressed her delight on joining forces with a brand as renowned as Hyundai India. She said that it is indeed an honor to work with a brand which has a rich legacy of building automobiles. However, it is not known if Deepika has replaced Shah Rukh Khan as the brand ambassador of Hyundai India or a new association.
For the unversed, Hyundai India is likely to kick start 2024 with the highly anticipated Creta facelift. Further some time in 2024, Creta will also be launching the facelifted version of Tuscon. Speculations believe that Deepika Padukone will have great role in campaigning for both the models.
