11 Covid patients recover in Odisha on April 23

Bhubaneswar: As many as 11 patients have recovered from Covid-19 in Odisha, informed the Health & Family Welfare (H&FW) department on April 23. With this development the total Covid-19 recovered patients in Odisha have reached to 12,78,729.

The recovered patients are being discharged from various facilities across the state, informed the Health department through its official Twitter handle.

According to the H&FW department of the state, the highest recoveries were in Kendrapara district.

The details of the recovery cases from different districts today are as follows:

3 from Kendrapara

3 from Sambalpur

2 from Baleswar

2 from Khordha

1 from Bolangir

Amid the concerns of the rising number of Covid positives in different parts of India, Odisha on Saturday reported only one Covid case, informed to the Information and Public Relations (I&PR) Department. The positive tally stands at 12,87,980.

Reportedly, the one Covid positive is a resident of Sambalpur district and is under quarantine. As many as 17 patients recovered in the last 24 hours following which the active cases in Odisha currently stand at 85.
