Britain’s Got Talent: This 85-years-old performer proves that age is just a number! Watch

It is rightly said that ‘Where there is a will, there is the way.’ People who are determined to do or achieve something in life fight against all odds until they get it. Their willpower is so strong that nothing, be it economic issues or old age, can hinder them in fulfilling their dreams. Eighty-five-year-old British salsa dancer Sarah Patricia (Paddy) Jones has proven it during her performance at Britain’s Got Talent.

Paddy Jones partnered with Nico Espinosa, 46, to compete at the eighth edition of Britain’s Got Talent. From her audition to her the last moment on the world stage, Jones proved that age is just a number.

Being an 85-years-old woman, the salsa dancer gave all that she had and received the golden buzzer in “BGT: The Champions.” The duo also entered the Grand Finale of Britain’s Got Talent.

Though Paddy and Nico ended finishing in the bottom seven in the tough line-up of acts, they won the hearts of millions of people including the judges of Britain’s Got Talent David Walliams, Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, and Amanda Holden.

According to talentrecap.com, the Paddy-Nico pair has won a television competition title when they competed on the Spanish talent show, “Tu Si Que Vales.” They also earned many international dancing accolades and honors. Paddy also now holds a world record as the oldest acrobatic salsa dancer.
