UPSC Recruitment 2021: Apply For Lady Medical Officer, Principal Design Officer & Other Posts

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has invited application for the recruitment to the post of Lady Medical Officer, Principal Design Officer & others on its official website i.e. upsc.gov.in. Eligible candidates can apply to the posts on or before April 1, 2021 until 11:59 pm.

Vacancy Details:

Lady Medical Officer(Family Welfare) – 2 Posts
Principal Design Officer(Electrical) – 1 Post
Ship Surveyor cum-Deputy Director General (Technical) – 1 Post
Assistant Architect, Office of Chief Architect – 1 Post

Salary Details:

Lady Medical Officer(Family Welfare) – Level-10 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC plus NPA.
Principal Design Officer(Electrical) – Level-12 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Ship Surveyor cum-Deputy Director General (Technical) – Level-12 in the Pay Matrix as per 7th CPC.
Assistant Architect, Office of Chief Architect – Rs. 15600-39100 + 5400 Grade pay (Pre-revised).

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational Qualification:

Lady Medical Officer(Family Welfare) – The candidate should have a recognized Medical qualification included in the First or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Holders of the Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfil the conditions stipulated in the sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Completion of Compulsory rotating internship.
Principal Design Officer (Electrical) – The candidate should have a degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Telecommunication Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent.
Ship Surveyor cum-Deputy Director General (Technical) – The candidate should have a 0064egree in Naval Architecture from a recognized University.
Assistant Architect, Office of Chief Architect – The candidate should have a degree in Architecture or an equivalent diploma from a recognized University /Institution or equivalent. The applicant should be registered with the Council of Architecture.

Age Limit:

Lady Medical Officer (Family Welfare) – 33 years.
Principal Design Officer (Electrical) – 45 years.
Ship Surveyor cum-Deputy Director General (Technical) – 45 years.
Assistant Architect, Office of Chief Architect – 35 years.

How to apply for UPSC Recruitment 2021:

Interested and eligible candidates can apply for the posts through online mode on or before 1st April 2021 on its official website i.e. http://www.upsconline.nic.in. After submission of the application, the candidates are advised to take a printout of the application.

Application Fee:

Candidates are required to pay a fee of Rs 25

No fee for SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates.
