Foreign Liquor Worth Lakhs Seized By QAT From Bhubaneswar, 3 Persons Detained

Bhubaneswar: Huge quantity of expensive foreign liquor has been seized by the Quick Action Team (QAT) of the Commissionerate Police.

Illegal liquor trade has become common during the COVID19 lockdown in the twin city. The QAT raided ‘Rain Club’ situated in Cuttack road area of Bhubaneswar and seized a huge consignment of expensive foreign liquor.

The seized liquor will be worth lakhs of rupees.

The Police has also detained three persons in this connection. Questions have been raised that how such a huge quantity of liquor had been transported, who the owner is and how such a huge amount had been stored.
