Largest Hindu temple outside India inaugurated, watch magnificent view of the temple

Spread over 126-acre the temple was inaugurated on October 8, 2023 in New Jersey of the United States.

New Delhi: Largest Hindu temple outside India was inaugurated on October 8, 2023 in New Jersey of the United States. The temple will be open to the public from October 18.

Taking to X (formerly Twitter) platform Akshardhamusa shared a beautiful video of the temple. The caption of the video reads, “Underneath the canvas of the night sky, Akshardham Mahamandir shines in celestial splendor during the Grand Dedication Ceremony. A breathtaking fusion of devotion and celebration.”

The said temple, the Swaminarayan Akshardham, reportedly is the largest Hindu temple in the US. The temple was inaugurated on last Sunday in New Jersey. However, as per reports, the temple will be open to the public from October 18. The temple is located at the Robbinsville city of New Jersey.

Reportedly, four varieties of marble have been used in construction of this temple. The marble has been brought from Italy while the limestone from Bulgaria.

Moreover, these materials were reportedly first brought to India and then were taken to their destination in New Jersey. Also, intricately carved pieces were assembled to create the temple.

This beautiful temple has reportedly been set up at an area of 126-acre. It has been reported that artisans and volunteers spent approximately 4.7 million hours to hand-carve around 2 million cubic feet of stone.
