Reliance Jio, which is the leading telecom service provider of the country, has hiked the prices of one of its popular prepaid plans meant for JioPhone users in India. The Rs 749 prepaid plan of JioPhone will now cost Rs 899 for the users. This roughly means that users have to pay Rs 150 more for the same plan.

The JioPhone Rs 749 plan has been removed from the website of Reliance Jio. Instead of the above-mentioned plan, the Rs 899 plan has been introduced by the telecom service provider (Jio). It is important to mention that the Jio Rs 899 plan (previously Rs 749 plan) is a yearly plan (336 days) and offers attractive benefits for its customers.

JioPhone plan details

Reliance JioPhone Plan is valid for 12 cycles. Each cycle consists of 28 days. This means that the validity of the plan is 336 days (28 days x 12 cycles). The total data that is offered on the plan is 24 GB. For each circle or 28 days users get 2 GB data. If they exhaust the data allotted to them, the internet speed falls to 64 Kbps.

Users are also entitled to get unlimited voice calls to any network in India along with 50 SMS/ 28 days. The users also get free subscriptions to JioTV, JioCinema, JioSecurity and JioCloud.

If you are planning to recharge with a plan that is less than Rs 800, then there are ample plans available for you. Some of the JioPhone All-In-One prepaid plans are Rs 222 plan, Rs 186 plan, Rs 152 plan, Rs 125 plan, Rs 91 plan, and Rs 75 plan.
