Van crashes into truck in Anandpur, 7 killed, 8 injured
At least 7 people were killed and 8 were injured after a van carrying 20 passengers crashed into a truck on NH 20 near Balijodi in Anandpur.
Anandpur: In a shocking incident, at least seven people were killed and eight were injured after a van carrying 20 passengers crashed into a truck on NH 20 near Balijodi in Anandpur on Friday
According to reports, the van carrying 20 people of 2 family was heading towards the Gatagaon Maa Tarini Temple when it hit a truck parked at the side of the road. The accident took place only three kilometers away from Tarini Temple.
Seven passengers lost their lives at the spot and eight other were critically injured. They have been admitted in Gatangaon hospital for treatment.
Sources revealed that among the Deceased 2/3 of them were women. All Deceased are of Podamari village of Digapahandi.
