Sexual Harassment At Bhubaneswar Divyang Training Centre: Main Accused Suresh Behera Among 6 Arrested

Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar-Cuttack Police Commissionerate on Sunday arrested Suresh Behera, the secretary of the All Odisha Orthopedically Handicapped Welfare Association, who is said to be the prime accused in the case in the sexual harassment of a differently-abled girl of the training centre in Palaspalli area of Bhubaneswar.

Apart from Behera, five others including clerk of Khurda District Social Security Officer (DSSO) Sangram Dash, Bhubaneswar-based dalal Lulu, Cuttack’s lady kingpin, and employees of the training centre Rakesh Sarangi and Sanjukta Meher also have been arrested by the police.

Earlier yesterday, Suresh Behera was detained for interrogation.
