Keonjhar: A youth has been killed in a road accident near Champua area on Odisha-Jharkhand border on Friday.
According to reports, a woman along with three minors, identified as Sagun Viaz (12),Shagufa Sadan (10) and Sazia Parween (5), were travelling in an auto when an unidentified vehicle hit it and it turned turtle.
The auto driver flung into the air, fell on the road and sustained critical injuries whereas the travellers escaped narrowly from the accident.
The locals rushed the injured auto driver to the Champua hospital for immediate medical treatment where the doctors pronounced him dead.
On getting the information, the cops arrived at the spot and initiated an investigation into the matter.
