Bhubaneswar: The Meteorological Centre, Bhubaneswar on Monday predicted light to moderate thundershower with lightning in four districts of Odisha.
There will be moderate rain and thundershowers in some parts of Malkangiri, Koraput, Nabarangpur and Ganjam within next three hours.
People are advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect from lightning strike.
It is to be noted that a yellow warning for heat wave has been issued for five districts Sonepur, Boudh, Balangir, Khordha and Nayagarh from today till April 29.
The temperature will rise by 2 to 3 degrees in the next two days in many parts of interior Odisha.
