Odisha Government Office In Twin City To Function With 75% Strength

Bhubaneswar:  All department and sub-ordinate offices in twin cities Bhubaneswar and Cuttack will function with 75 per cent staff strength in January 2021, an order of the General Administration & Public Grievance Department said today.

All the government offices throughout the state will remain closed on Saturdays.

The departments or heads of offices in Bhubaneswar and Cuttack may decide the manner of selection of employees who will attend office. However, the essential offices, services such as Special Relief Commissioner (SRC )and Odisha State Disaster Management Authority (OSDMA) offices, Police, Fire Services, Health Services, Municipal services will function in full strength.

Besides, all officials and staff involved with smooth functioning of the Assembly will attend office on all days of the ongoing session.

All precautionary measures issued by the Department to contain the spread of COVID 19 shall be strictly followed by the Department as well as the employees.

In case of detection of any coronavirus case among the employees, the office concerned will follow the protocol issued by the government.
