Odisha CM stresses again on 3Ts in Collectors’ conference Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik reiterated his emphasis on 3T formula at the district collectors’ conference here on Saturday.

During his inaugural address at the Collectors’ one-day meet, Patnaik once again asked the bureaucrats  to emphasise on 3Ts – Technology, Transparency and Teamwork – for the development of the people of the state,  which he had said the administrators on June 11 for quick and efficient delivery of welfare programmes in the districts.

He would take monthly review on every project, the Chief Minister added.

Patnaik also directed the secretaries to visit the districts for four days during the first week of every month, ensuring that all the welfare programmes reach the people in time.
