In a remarkable feat, a man from Balasore district in Odisha has won a prize amount of Rs. 25 lakh in Kaun Banega Crorepati, said reports. 

Balasore: In a remarkable feat, a man from Balasore district in Odisha has won a prize amount of Rs. 25 lakh in Kaun Banega Crorepati, said reports.

According to reports, a man from Balasore identified as Esike Azmat won Rs. 25 lakh in the highly-popular KBC Hot Seat. On this occasion, Azmat of Sadar Block Raisuan Panchayat Sinharpura village was praised Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan about his personal life.

Between 2008 and 2013 in Odisha, Azmat worked as an agent in a chit fund company and accumulated more than 50 lakh rupees.

After the closure of the chit fund company in 2013-14, the depositors came and sat in his house. Amitabh’s eyes filled with tears when he heard that Azmat decided to commit suicide to escape the anger of the depositors. Amitabh praised Azmat’s struggling life and praised his perseverance.

Azmat said it was a long journey to reach the hot seat with Amitabh at KBC. Azmat also invited Amitabh to Odisha to eat the famous sweets Chennapodo on this show.
