Jagatsinghpur: A dead body was found hanging from a casuarina tree near a beat house in Sandhakuda jungle at Paradeep of Jagatsingpur in Odisha.
According to the reports, the deceased has been identified as Kailash Parida, an auto driver by profession and a resident of Brundaban colony.
Mysteriously, Parida’s auto was found overturned at the road side while his body was spotted hanging on a casuarina tree around 200m away from the road.
After being informed, the Jatadhari Muhan Marine Police Station reached the spot, sized the dead body and sent it to the hospital for autopsy.
The police have started an investigation into the matter.
On the other hand, Kailash’s son informed that he might have committed suicide over dispute in the family regarding lands.
However, the Jatadhari Muhan Marine Police said that the exact reason behind Kailash’s death will be known only when the autopsy report is out.
