Malkangiri: A hardcore maoist was killed during a encounter between the security forces and ultras at a jungle in Sukma district of Chattisgarh bordering Malkangiri.
Reports say, the District Reserve Guard (DRG) jawans carried out a search operation after getting a tip-off on movement of the naxals in the jungle of Sukma district of Chhatisgarh bordering Odisha’s Malkangiri district.
During the combing operation, the red rebels opened fire on the jawans and on retaliation the cops also fired and gunned down the hardcore maoist.
