Rayagada: A youth has been caught red-handed and slapped with a fine of Rs 18,500 for driving the two-wheeler without any valid documents in Rayagada district of Odisha.
According to reports, the youth was caught during a motor vehicle checking by the traffic police at DIB square in Rayagada.
The officials of Regional Transport Office (RTO) department collected a fine Rs 18,500 for not carrying a driving license, for violating the traffic rules and for not wearing helmet.
