Couple attempts to kill self in Odisha, youth dies and girl survives
In a tragic incident, a couple attempted to kill themselves but, the youth died and the girl survived in Dhenkanal of Odisha.
Dhenkanal: In a tragic incident, a couple attempted to kill themselves but, the youth died and the girl survived in Dhenkanal of Odisha.
According to reports, the couple planned to commit suicide due to a failed love relationship. The youth died instantly whereas the girl is battling for her life in the hospital.
The incident has been reported from Arataiekala village in Dhenkanal. The Sadar police has reached the spot and has launched an investigation in this regard.
The youth has been identified as Kanhu Charan Mohapatra he belonged to Gobindpur village and the girl belonged to Baladiabandha village.
Both of them tried to kill themselves by hanging from a mango tree near the village.
