In a tragic incident, a minor and his brother have drowned in the Bubhabalanga river in Balasore district of Odisha.

A minor, including a youth, drowned in the Bubhabalang river near Patukasasan village in Balasore. The two were taken to Baisinga community health center (CHC) after being rescued by local people.
Doctors declared both of them brought dead. A pall of gloom descended on the village following the incident.
