Jajpur: In a shocking development, 14 more COVID positive cases reported today in Odisha. All these cases are from Jajpur district. Odisha Govt intimated about it on Thursday.
The new 14 COVID cases constitutes of 7 males, 5 females and 2 children. The age of these patients ranges between 3 to 85.
After this 14 cases, the total number of COVID positive cases in Odisha rose to 142.

With this the total number of COVID positive patients in Jajpur district rose to 36. Out of this, one person has recovered and discharged from hospital.
Earlier today 3 other COVID cases had been found in Jajpur. Accordingly, in a single day, today, so far a total number of 17 COVID positive cases diagnosed from Jajpur district.
Revealing the news Informations and Public Relations Department Secretary of Govt of Odisha Sanjay Singh said that though it is a big number people don’t need to panic because all these cases have been diagnosed from a containment area.
Among the 14 COVID- 19 positive cases, six persons are female. The youngest positive case is three year old girl child while the oldest one is 85-year-old female.
