SSC CGL 2023: Graduates can apply for 7500 Group B, C posts

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has published the official notification for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) Examination, 2023 for filling up of various Group B and Group C posts in different Ministries/ Departments/ Organisations.

Candidates who are interested in the SSc CGL 2023 can apply for the posts as per the required format via online mode from April 3, 2023. The last date for the submission of application is May 3, 2023.

SSC CGL 2023: Vacancy details

According to the official SSC CGL notification, approximately 7,500 vacancies will be filed this time. However, firm vacancies will be determined in due course.

Candidates can the post-wise & category-wise vacancies on the website of the Commission (https://ssc.nic.in> Candidate’s Corner > Tentative Vacancy) in due course.

Educational Qualifications

The applicant should have a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University or Institute to be able to apply for the vacancies.

Age limit 

The age limit for applicants is 18-27 years as on 01-08-2023. Age relaxation is available for candidates belonging to reserved categories as per government rules.

Selection Process 

The Computer Based Examination will be conducted in two tiers-Tier-I and Tier-II.

How to apply for SSC CGL 2023

Interested and eligible candidates can submit application only in online mode at the website of SSC Headquarter i.e. https://ssc.nic.in. The last date to apply is May 3, 2023.

SSC CGL 2023: Application Fee

To apply, the applicants need to pay an application fee of Rs 100. Women and Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) candidates, Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) and Exservicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee.
