OPSC Recruitment 2024: Job aspirants can apply for 539 posts from Jan 25
OPSC will be conducting a recruitment drive to fill up 539 vacancies for Veterinary Assistant Surgeons/ Additional Veterinary Assistant Surgeons.
Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has issued a fresh notification inviting applications for recruitment to the positions of Veterinary Assistant Surgeons/ Additional Veterinary Assistant Surgeons.
Job aspirants who have a bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc and A.H) can apply for the vacancies from January 25, 2024. The last date to submit the filled application form is February 26, 2024. The application link will appear on the official website at www.opsc.gov.in.
Moreover, the candidates who have done equivalent degrees as Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry (B.V.Sc and A.H) from any recognized University/ College/ Institution in India or abroad are also eligible to apply for the recruitment drive.
The candidate should be below 38 years and above 21 years as on January 1, 2023 to be eligible.

Selection Process
The candidates will be selected for the vacant positions based on a written examination of 800 marks on paper I and paper II consisting of 200 questions. The examination will be held for two hours and thirty minutes.
