India Post Payments Bank invites online application to fill up 650 vacancies, check eligibility, other details

The India Post Payments Bank Limited (IPPB) has invited online applications for engagement of Grameen Dak Sevaks (GDSs) as executives to perform direct sales and related activities at various offices of the bank as per the requirements.

Interested Gramin Dak Sevaks who meets the eligibility criteria can apply online from May 10, 2022 to May 20, 2022 at the official website of IPPB- www.ippbonline.com. Total number of GDSs required on engagement is 650.

Unless otherwise requested, GDS on engagement with IPPB shall be posted in the same circle in which they are currently engaged as GDS with Department of Posts.

India Post Payments Bank Recruitment 2022 Important Dates

• Starting date of online registration /application – May 10, 2022
• Last Date of registration/application- May 20, 2022
• Application Fee payment – 10th May 2022 to 20th May 2022
• Admit card download for online exam – 7 to 10 days after last date of submission of application
• IPPB GDS Exam Date (tentative)- June 2022 (will be informed to the candidate through call letter)
• Declaration of the Result (tentative) – June 2022

India Post Payments Bank Recruitment 2022 Eligibility criteria

Educational Qualification 

Graduate from University/ Institution/ Board recognized by the Government of India (or) approved by a Government Regulatory Body with minimum 2 years of experience as a GDS.

Age limit 

20 to 35 years (as on 30th April 2022). Candidates should have been born not earlier than 30/04/1987 and not later than 30/04/2002 (Both dates Included).

India Post Payments Bank Recruitment 2022 Salary

The Bank shall pay a lump sum amount of INR 30,000/- per month inclusive of statutory deductions & contributions as applicable to the GDSs engaged to IPPB as Executives.

Tenure of Engagement

The tenure of engagement shall be for two (2) years and further extendable by one (1) year, subject to satisfactory performance, if required, as per the Bank’s business requirements and in the exigencies of public services.

Selection Procedure

Selection will be done based on online written examination. However, the Bank reserves the right to conduct Language proficiency test, if needed.
