BEL Recruitment 2023: Apply for Trainee Officer/ engineer and Project Engineer posts

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Ghaziabad has invited online applications for the temporary positions of Trainee Engineer-I, Trainee Officer-I, and Project Engineer-I. Candidates applying for posts should have a graduate degree. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through Official Website of BEL. The last date to submit an online application is 07.09.2023.

Trainee Engineer/Officer – I will be engaged initially for a period of 2 years which may be extended up to a maximum of 3 years (including the initial period) based on Business requirements and individual‟s performance. Project Engineer will be engaged initially for a period of 3 years which may be extended up to a maximum of Four years.

Educational Qualification: 

Trainee Officer-I (Finance): Candidate should have a Graduate Degree and Two years MBA (Finance) from a recognized Institute/University/College.

Trainee Officer-I (HR): Applicants should have a Graduate Degree and Two years of MBA/MSW/ PG Degree / PG Diploma in Human Resources Mgt. / Industrial Relations / Personnel Mgt. From a recognized Institute/ University/College.
Trainee/Project Engineer – I: Aspirants should have done B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc Engineer (4 years course) or equivalent from a recognized Institute / University/College in the following Engineering disciplines Electronics/Computer Science /Mechanical.

Age Limit

The candidates applying for the above posts should have a minimum age limit of 28 years and the maximum should be 32 years.

Trainee Engineer/Officer – I: The age limit should not be more than 28 years.

Project Engineer – I: The age limit should not be more than32 years.

Selection Process

Candidates will be selected via a written test followed by an interview.

Application Fee

Trainee Engineer: Rs 450/- + 18% GST

Project Engineer: Rs 150/- + 18% GST

SC/ST and  PwBD candidates are exempted from payment of application fee.
