Additional/ Associate/ Assistant Professor: Up to 56 years

For retired faculty as consultant on contractual basis

Professor/ Additional/ Associate Professor: Not exceeding 70 years

Age relaxation is applicable according to the govt. rules.

Qualifications

Essential qualifications

1. A medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 (candidates possessing the qualification included in part II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in Section 13(3) of the Act).
2. A post graduate qualification e.g. MD/MS or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto in the respective discipline/ subject.

Additional Professor: Level- 13A2+ (148200 – 211400)

Associate Professor: Level- 13A1+ (138300 – 209200)
