Odisha to witness dense fog for next two days; Yellow warning issued for 15 districts

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for dense fog for as many as 15 districts of the Odisha today.

Bhubaneswar: The twin cities of Bhubaneswar, Cuttack along with many other places of Odisha woke up to a foggy morning on Thursday. The dense fog has made it difficult to see the road a mere meters ahead. Due to this, the drivers have been warned to drive carefully.

The Indian Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for dense fog for as many as 15 districts of the state today.

Moreover, Dense fog will continue to surround most of the districts for the next two days.

The IMD has predicted that some places of the state will likely receive light rainfall on January 4 or 5.

The normal temperature will also rise by 2-3 degrees celcius in some places of the state, informed Meteorological centre.
