Bhubaneswar: Jewelry, gold and silver ornaments worth as much as 14 lakh has been stolen from a shop from Laxmisagar area of Bhubaneswar.
The entire act of the looters has been captured on the CCTV installed in the jewelry shop.
The shop owner has lodged a complaint with the Laxmisagar police station.
According to reports, the incident took place two days back.
The loot reportedly took place in broad daylight when the shopkeeper was offering daily prayers in his shop.
The CCTV footage showed that a masked man entered the shop and carried out the loot, while his associate was waiting outside the shop on a bike in which they fled off.
Reportedly, such patters of loot are taking place in the capital since 4-5 days.
