Koraput : The Manager of Engineering Department at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) was on Saturday detained for allegedly misbehaving with a woman employee of HAL in Sunabeda of Odisha.
The accused has been identified as Awdhesh Kumar.
According to reports, the accused called the victim to his chamber and tried to outrage her modesty. Following which, the woman filed an FIR against Kumar at Sunabeda police station.
A case was registered at Sunabeda police station under section 354 and 354 A of the Indian Penal Code in this connection, an official said.
