Bhubaneswar: Two bike borne miscreants allegedly looted Rs 3 lakh from a person in front of the Canara bank in Jagmara area of Bhubaneswar.
According to reports, one Manoj Lenka had gone to the Canara bank to withdraw money. After withdrawing, Manoj was in conversation with a friend, when two unidentified miscreants snatched the money from him and fled from the scene.
Later, Manoj lodged a complaint at the Khandagiri police station and the police have started an investigation.
