Circular for winter vacation in Delhi Govt Schools out, check details
It is to be noted that the winter vacation for the Academic Session 2023-24 was earlier scheduled to be observed from January 1, 2024 to January 15, 2024.
New Delhi: The circular for winter vacation in Delhi Govt Schools is out. As per the circular issued by Delhi Govt’s Directorate of Education the winter vacation for the academic session 2023-2024 is scheduled to be observed from 1st January 2024 to 6th January 2024. News Agency ANI informed about this in a X post (formerly Twitter) on Wednesday.
‘Delhi Government’s Directorate of Education issues circular for winter vacation in Delhi Govt Schools. The Winter Vacation for Academic Session 2023-2024 is scheduled to be observed from 1st January 2024 (Monday) to 6th January 2024 (Saturday),” ANI wrote in the X post today.
It is to be noted that the winter vacation for the Academic Session 2023-24 was earlier scheduled to be observed from January 1, 2024 to January 15, 2024. However, in order to ensure that students are not adversely affected due to the poor air quality in Delhi, a portion of Winter Vacation was observed from 9.11.2023 to 18.11.2023. Hence, the remaining portion of the Winter vacation for Academic Session 2023-24 is scheduled to be observed from January 1, 2024 to 06.01. 2024.
