New Year is a time when every person takes resolutions. However, most of us do it on the first day of the year and not repeat it again and shift the resolutions to next year.

Skin Care:

You must be thinking what kind of resolution it is, and if you are a man, you will definitely say man doesn’t do skin care. No my dear, no matter if you are man or a woman, you need to do some skin care. If one does skin care daily, the person feel taking care of self. This releases happy hormones and make us feel optimistic. At the same time, if you do skin care your skin will also glow automatically, attracting lot and lot of good and cool vibes.

Dance every day for at least 10-15 minutes:

I guess everyone knows dancing is a really good exercise. But at the same time it makes you chillax and release dopamine in your body. In case you don’t know, dopamine is the happy hormones that help you be happy. Dancing burns a lot of calories and your whole body workout can be done just by dancing your heart out.
