Zayn Mallik, Gigi Hadid breakup after argument with Yolanda Hadid
Hollywood singer Zayn Mallik and supermodel Gigi Hadid are going their separate ways.
Several sources have confirmed that the two have broken up after Malik’s alleged argument with his girlfriend’s mother.
As per the foreign media reports, a source close to them said, “They are not together right now. They are both good parents though.” “They co-parent. Yolanda is of course very protective of Gigi. She wants the best for her daughter and grandchild,” the source further stated.
According to the reports by Entertainment Tonight, Gigi Hadid’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, was repeatedly showing up at the couple’s place unannounced and uninvited. This lead to tension between the couple.
The 26 year model and the 28 year old singer, were together for six years and share 13-month-old daughter Khai.
Zayn took to Twitter on Thursday, to share a statement regarding the matter. In the post he addressed how he wants to create a safe and private space for his daughter “where family matters aren’t thrown on the world stage for all to poke and pick apart.”

The couple broke up once before in January 2019, but they got back together by the end of the year. The couple began dating in November 2015.
