Janhvi Kapoor stole the show for her impressive performance in her debut movie, ‘Dhadak’. As per reports the debutante star kid has already managed to bag two promising films – Karan Johar’s directorial ‘Takht’ and biopic of IAF officer Gunjan Saxena, the Indian Air Force’s first female combat pilot, who took part in the Kargil War in 1999. Lately, a photo of her dressed in a combat pilot’s uniform is doing rounds and netizens are wondering if this is her first look from the upcoming movie.
While ‘Takht’ is expected to go on floors next year, it appears that Janhvi has already begun shooting for the biopic.
In a report in Times Now, Janhvi can be seen wearing a pair of IAF dungarees in blue. Her hair is done in a tight bun, while she has minimal Kapoor’s on. She is looking downwards as she is seen walking towards a plane on the airfield.
Gunjan Saxena had taken part in the Kargil war 17 years back. According to old reports, at the time of war, Gunjan had risked her life in several rescue operations to save injured soldiers of the Indian army. For her service, the combat pilot was recognised and awarded the Shaurya Vir. Her story of bravery should never be forgotten, but the name has lost in time. The biopic will remind us of her bravery again.
Janhvi’s debut movie ‘Dhadak’ was a successful beginning of her career and she always holds her fans with her attractive appearances.
