Bhubaneswar: A Dance workshop titled ‘Project Dare To Dance (DTD)’ was organized recently in the capital city of Odisha where more than 100 students participated. Renowned choreographers Ritesh Jain and Anvie were the mentor of the project. This workshop is held at ASM DANCE STUDIO in Bhubaneswar.
Dare to Dance (DTD) was an Intensive One day Dance Workshop held on April 17, 2022 where budding dancers were educated on what Dance is all about. Interestingly, the fee to join was merely Rs. 100 because focus of this project was to spread knowledge of Dance and to reach each and every artist. It is to be noted that in most of the workshops faculties from Mumbai – Delhi are invited and thus the fees become too high. This was also a one day certification course.
Choreographer Ritesh who was the chief mentor of the Dance workshop is a known dance faculty. He conducts online classes where students from California, Singapore, and Dubai, Australia take dance lessons from him. He runs 2 Dance studios in Bhubaneswar named “Broadway Dance Studio”, Hookwood Professional Dance studio partnered with Ollywood choreographer, model and actor Anvie. He has about 250 solo Students whom he teaches either online or offline. He has worked more for reality shows, Competitive levels, Music videos, Films & Fests. Ritesh has some world records — World Genius Records Nigeria, Kings Book of World Records India. Besides, he has received many awards in lieu of dance.
Ms Kalinga
