Badshah responds to dating rumors with Mrunal Thakur in Cryptic post

Badshah took to his Instagram account early Tuesday morning to address the rumors of him dating Mrunal Thakur.

Mumbai: A recent video capturing rapper Badshah and actor Mrunal Thakur strolling hand-in-hand at Diwali celebration ignited a flurry of dating rumors across social media platforms. In response to the speculations, Badshah took to his Instagram account early Tuesday morning to address the rumors in a cryptic note.

In the Instagram story, Badshah wrote, “Dear Internet, sorry to disappoint you yet again but jaisa aap soch rahe hain waisa nahi hai,” accompanied by a laughing emoticon.

On Monday, a video emerged on social media showing Badshah ( original name Aditya Prateek Singh Sisodia) and Mrunal Thakur leaving a Diwali party hand in hand, fueling dating speculations. The clip gained attention on the Bolly Blinds and Gossip subreddit.

Badshah, previously married to Jasmine Masih until their 2020 divorce, is currently seen as a judge on India’s Got Talent alongside Shilpa Shetty and Kirron Kher. The couple shares a daughter, Jessemy Grace Masih Singh, born in January 2017.

Mrunal, known for her role in the biographical war drama film Pippa with Ishaan Khatter, recently caught the spotlight. The movie, based on Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta’s book “The Burning Chaffees,” pays tribute to the PT-76 amphibious war tank, nicknamed Pippa. It narrates the patriotic story of Captain Balram Mehta (Ishaan) and the 45 Cavalry Tank Squadron’s role in a war for another country’s liberation. Priyanshu Painyuli and Soni Razdan also play pivotal roles in this wartime saga.
