OnePlus Nord CE 5 launch imminent in India, spotted on BIS certification website

The launch for OnePlus Nord CE 5 seems to be imminent in India. Ahead of launch, the upcoming mid-range device from OnePlus has been spotted on BIS certifications website. The phone with model number CPH2717 was spotted on the BIS certification website.

According to the latest leak, the launch of OnePlus Nord CE 5 is expected to take place in June rather than in May (previously suggested). Tipster Debayan Roy (Gadgetsdata) offered the latest leak about the device. It device will pack a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset along with a massive 7100mAh battery. The wired charging support on-board is 80W. The device will get a FHD+ display will refresh rate of 120Hz.

When it comes to optics, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 is expected to pack 50MP primary camera with OIS support (Sony’s Lytia LYT-600 sensor) along with an 8MP ultrawide camera (Sony’s IMX355 sensor). The selfie camera will be a 16MP camera and is likely to be housed in a punch hole display. The device will offer single speaker along with USB-Type C port. Connectivity features include IR, in-display fingerprint sensor along with Hybrid slot.

In terms of RAM and storage, the device is expected to get 8GB of RAM along with 256GB of on-board storage.
