Business Tycoon Anand Mahindra Shows Support For Signal Messaging App

Business tycoon and Chairman of Mahindra Group Anand Mahindra has shown his support for Signal messaging app, through his latest tweet. The Signal messaging app is presently considered as a secure alternative to WhatsApp messaging app which is owned by Facebook.

There has been a surge in the downloads of Signal messaging app after WhatsApp updated its terms of service for users. Apparently under the new terms of service, users have to let parent company Facebook and its subsidiaries to collect user data along with phone number and location.

Signal App saw significant surge in new users signing up for its platform after Tesla CEO Elon Musk, tweeted to his 41.5 million followers to use Signal and apparently shun WhatsApp.
