Odisha: Re-polling to be held in Dhamnagar NAC in Bhardrak district on April 5

Bhadrak: The re-election will be held in Dhamnagar NAC in Bhadrak district of Odisha on April 5, 2022. The re-polling will be held in 6 booths of the NAC.

As per reports, the re-election will be held in the booth numbers 3, 8, 9, 16, 17 and 18 of Dhamnagar NAC.

The Odisha State Election Commissioner has notified about the re-election. The polling will begin at 10 am in the morning to continue till 4 pm.

It is to be noted that casting of votes had been halted in four booths under Dhamnagar NAC of Bhadrak district due to poll violence. These four booths were booth numbers 3, 16, 17, 18 of Dhamnagar NAC where the polling was halted due to violence.

A youth, identified as Ramesh Kumar Lenka, had been stabbed by some unidentified miscreants with a sharp weapon outside polling booth number 16 in Ward number 9 of Dhamnagar NAC.
