Central Board of Secondary Education has declared CTET result 2023

The results of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) held in August 2023 has been announced.

CTET Result 2023: The results of the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) held in August 2023 has been announced. Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has declared CTET result 2023 on the official website of CTET.

There are two papers for CTET. Paper I is for the candidates who intend to be a teacher for classes I to V while Paper II is for candidates who intend to be a teacher for classes VI to VIII.

60 per cent is the cut-off mark of the CTET 2023 exam. It is worth mentioning that, schools can allow concession to SC, ST, OBC, PwD candidates.

Further, the CTET results can be checked by the candidates using their roll number. Provisional answer key was issued earlier this month and the window to raise objections has been closed.

29 lakh candidates had appeared for the test. As many as 15,01,719 for paper 1 (for classes 1 to 5) and 14,02,184 for paper 2 (for classes 6 to 8) were registered.

The attendance in the exam was around 80 per cent. The CTET examination was conducted on 20 August in OMR-based (offline) mode. The exams were held in two shifts. The first shift exams as held from 9.30 am-12 pm while the shift was held from 2.30 pm-5 pm.
