Cuttack: The High Court Bar Association has requested the Orissa High Court to excuse lawyers absence from court today which is on Wednesday.
According to reliable reports, the High Court Bar Association has written a letter to the Orissa High Court and requested it not to give any adverse judgement in case of the absence of a lawyer in a particular case.
The Association has further mentioned in the request letter that due to incessant rains in various parts of Odisha the lawyers are finding it difficult to travel and to reach the Court in time.
It is worth mentioning that, there has been flood like situation in various districts of Odisha due to incessant rains in the state.
