Good news for party goers, hotels to remain open till 5 am for Christmas and New Year in this state

Mumbai: Some good news for party goers, the state home department have allowed the clubs, hotels to hold Christmas and New-Year parties till 5 am.

According to a circular issued by the government, the relaxation in timings will be applicable only for December 24, 25 and 31 as reported by TOI.

The owners of the hotels,clubs and restaurants under the banner of Hotel and Restaurant Association Western India (HRAWI) had requested to the principal secretary of the home department, director general of police (dgp) and commissioner of police to extend the timings to atleast 5 am on December 24, 25 and 31, 2023.

The association has assured the hospitality administration that they will not break any rules and they will take safety measures and maintain all protocols for the welfare of the guests.
