In recent news, the trailer of Kangana Ranaut’s upcoming ‘Chandramukhi 2’ was unveiled on Sunday in Chennai. In the trailer, Kangana can be seen essaying the character of ‘Chandramukhi,’ a beautiful court dancer known for her beauty and dancing skills in Vettaiyan Raja’s court.
The trailer shows a big family moving into a mansion to resolve a problem. However, they are warned not to enter the southern part of the mansion, because that is where ‘Chandramukhi’ resides.
The story of Chandramukhi takes an unexpected turn when a 200-year-old tale involving a king and a court dancer named Chandramukhi resurfaces after 17 years, connecting to the present day.
Helmed by P Vasu, ‘Chandramukhi 2’ boasts a star-studded cast. Ragava Lawrence can be seen portraying the lead role alongside Kangana Ranaut. The cast also includes Vadivelu, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Lakshmi Menon, Srushti Dange, Mithun Shyan, Mahima Nambiar, Rao Ramesh, Vignesh, and even Subiksha Krishnan.
The movie is a sequel to the popular Tamil horror comedy ‘Chandramukhi’. The first part of the movie starred superstar Rajinikanth and Jyothika taking up prominent roles. The movie turned out to be a massive hit. Fans of ‘Chandramukhi’ await the release of the second part of the movie.
