5 Covid positives in Odisha in last 24 hours, tally rises to 26

On Tuesday five more Covid positives in Odisha were detected said reliable reports of the Health and Family Welfare Department.

Bhubaneswar: On Tuesday five more Covid positives in Odisha were detected said reliable reports of the Health and Family Welfare Department.

Reports say that, one person has recovered from more Covid-19 in the state was detected in the last 24 hours. The cumulative active cases have risen to 26 said reports. In the last 24 hours, large number of new samples were tested and among them five were tested positive.

According to the Health Department, all the patients are being treated at home and their health condition is said to be stable. Home isolation has been made mandatory in Odisha.

Yesterday, two new Covid-19 positive case was detected in the state. The Public Health Director Niranjan Mishra had urged the people to celebrate zero night at home to prevent spread of Covid cases.

He had further asked people who have Covid like symptoms that is cold, cough and fever. He urged people to wear masks so that people do not act as carriers. Wearing masks is a good habit the doctor said. People across many countries have the habit of wearing masks which is good.
